Welcome To The Starbeck Orion Summer Feast Of Poetry And Artwork Day Twelve featuring the poetry of Jane Dougherty
A Feast Of Words And Image
My favourite constellation is the Plough. Two reasons: it’s the one I first found because it hung over the barn by the bus stop at Fieldhead; the symbolism of the starry plough is such a beautiful and hopeful image.
Jane Dougherty was brought up in the West Riding and now lives in southwest France. She writes poetry, short stories and novels.
I love Jane’s work nd it’s great to see it showcased here and to hear it too!
Thanks so much for doing this, Paul.
